Digital audio purchases are final

Digital audio purchases are final. Dubplate Society does not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to review disclosed product information or compatibility requirements, or because a customer no longer wants the purchased audio. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Digital fulfilment

Products sold through Dubplate Society are digitally delivered audio products. There is no physical shipping and no physical return process.

Exceptional administrative remedies

An authorised administrator may review exceptional cases, including duplicate charges, confirmed payment errors, verified platform delivery failures, confirmed fraud or account compromise, or remedies required by law.

Customers and artists do not have a general self-service refund control.
